THIS PATCH CAME BEFORE THE OA FLAP BECAME THE PLACE ON THE BSA UNIFORM FOR OA INSIGNIA. THIS 229 PILTHLAKO A-2B DIFFERS FROM THE A-1 IN THAT THIS PATCH HAS THE LODGE NUMBER ” 229 “. BELOW THE TREE AND TIPI, AND THIS VARIETY HAS THE TREE TRUNK SITTING ON TOP OF THE GREEN GRASS, AND NOT THROUGH IT.
