Lg Lot Vintage Boy and Cub Scout Weebelos Patches Pins Cards Neckerchiefs More. For sale is this large lot of vintage scout memorabilia. This lot consists of two lots of two different estate sales. One lot has mainly items from the 60s. The neckerchiefs do have some yellowing due to age and one has some wear to the image(the red neckerchief). The other lot, which is shown in the last four pictures, is from the 30s and 40s. There are neckerchief clips, merit patches, patches, Weebolo pins, and a compass, as well as cards described below. The compass does have a crack in it but I think it works. The early lot appears to have all belonged to the same young man. There are 3 membership? Cards dated 1938, 1942, and 1945, as well as 3 cards that show him as Asst. Scout Master of Troop 7 of Portland ME in 1944,1946 and 1947. There is a full’Certification of Examiners’ that started in March of’38 and was filled in July’39. He also had a Police Pass for the City of Portland which has a photo and states the Function as ARRC(BS) as well a card showing he passed a course to become a messenger by the State of Maine’42 and a card showing him appointed Messanger for the ME Civilian Defense Corp in’42. Since they were with his Boy Scout items, I can only assume they may be connected. Also included, but not shown is a 1942 BearCub Book. Feel free to contact me with any questions.
