The 24th World Boy Scout Jamboree was held at the Summit Bechtel Reserve in Mt. Hope, West Virginia July – August 2019. This neckerchief was the delegate or contingent neckerchief (necker or scarf) worn by the scouts from Dubai. The Dubai contingent contained 4 scouts and one IST. They were part of a British Scouting Overseas Contingent. Their neckerchief includes the outline for their patch set – each patch bordered in one of the colors of the flag (red, green, and white) with symbols of the country on each patch. All included in one set. Very hard to find due to the small contingent (and being housed at Foxtrot, very out of the way).
