Vintage late 1930s Senior Scouts Shirt from SACRAMENTO, CALIFORNIA with Badges, Stars, Patches and Whistle that are one the shirt. The front of the shirt has an Eagle Scout metal Badge with 5 palms attached to the ribbon. There are 4 metal stars above it. A oval eagle scout patch is on the pocket in red, white and blue. There is a whistle attached on a cord with the boy scout logo that says, Made in USA. There is another long blue cord attached in the same area. On the other side it has the Senior Scouts BSA patch and below it a Emergency Service Camporee patch that is dated 1942. The sleeve has 3 patches. One says, Sacramento, the troop number 4 and under that a Senior Patrol Leader patch with three bars. The shirt has a label on the collar that says: Boy Scouts of America, Official Uniform, Sweet Orr, Union Made. It has 5 button closures down the center, 3 metal BSA and 2 plastic. The pockets and cuffs also have the BSA metal buttons. It will also come with a photo of the boy when he joined in 1937. This shirt is in excellent condition with only one little hole up by the metal stars. The green 3 bar enamel pin that comes with it might have caused it. There is a small amount of white residue above the Emergency Service patch. Not a big deal. The number 4 patch has wear on the bottom. The photos also show all minor imperfections so please enlarge them and look at them closely. Armpit to armpit: 21. Bottom of collar to bottom of shirt: 28.
