IT CAME OUT OF THE ESTATE OF A SENIOR SCOUT LEADER, WAYNE FINKBONER. Born in Freeport, Illinois in 1930, where he was also raised. From what I have gathered Mr. Finkboner was one of the founding scouts for the 227 WETASSA LODGE and was very active, traveling to other lodges & camps swapping lodge patches. Moved to Ft Worth, Texas and had a career at Lockheed and passed in 2015. Patches have been black light tested. Over the next week or two I will be listing many items from his LARGE patch collection and other boy scout items. ALL THE PATCHES DATE TO THE 1940’S and most are in great condition.
