Malibu Lodge 566 Order Of The Arrow OA. Western Los Angeles County Council WLACC. This limited edition patch was issued to mark the 75th Anniversary of the Order of the Arrow Malibu Lodge #566. Malibu Lodge #566 was chartered on September 6th, 1972. It was formed by the merger of the Walika Lodge #228 of the San Fernando Valley Council (chartered 1942) whose totem was the Shaka (black tailed buck) and the Tamet Lodge #225 of the Crescent Bay Area Council (chartered 1942) whose totem was the twelve pointed sun. Both the Shaka and the twelve pointed sun and their respective lodge numbers are prominently incorporated into the design of this beautiful patch. Don’t miss out on such an awesome looking patch.
