A very HTF COCHISE COUNCIL CAMP VICTORIO BSA PATCH FROM SOUTHEAST ARIZONA. This was a very isolated CAMP at Barefoot Park high in the Chiricahua Mountains at 8000 Feet but was known for its beauty and amazing summer thunderstorms. This council became Obsolete in 1963 when it merged and the Camp itself closed in 2011. Patch shows as its possibly been used please see photos to judge condition and and collectibility.
