The 24th World Boy Scout Jamboree was held at the Summit Bechtel Reserve in Mt. Hope, West Virginia July – August 2019. This patch or badge was the delegate or contingent badge worn by the scouts from the Canada as their Wild Canadian Animal Set. Total of 9 pieces in this set (there is a 10th, upside down piece that came out later, and a jacket patch, not included). This set has badges from Oshawa, Whitby, North Bay, Deep River, Brooklin, Moncton, and Ottawa. Most are from Onterio, one is from New Brunswick. Each patch, in addition to having a cool critter on it, has the name of a leader ghosted into the set Carson, IST Stephen, Scouter Gord, Scouter Dave, Scouter Derek, Scouter Jack, Carolina Girl, Igby? The critter might be a polar bear, beaver, fox, goose, bear, squirrel, otter, orca or whale or dolphin? Awesome set from Canada!
