Here is a vintage dark green official shirt of the Boy Scouts of America, the tag says Sanforized but doesn’t have a size. It’s pretty thin compared to me so I would say an adult small or youth large is the most likely size. The shirt is actually in good condition, just those two patch wear spots for wear it seems.
